CONDITIONS OF PURCHASE
AimeeFairman’s products are individually hand-poured resin pieces. Whilst every effort is made to reproduce set colouways, due to the hand-made nature of these products, there can be variation in colour to the image depicted. This is not a fault of the product, but a mark of the unique hand-made quality and nature of resin pigment flows and chemical composition. Please be aware that resin can be damaged due to impact. Please take care not to drop or subject jewellery to high impact.
RETURN / EXCHANGE POLICY
Please choose items carefully. Please note we do not offer refunds. In the unlikely event that you find a fault with your Aimee Fairman piece, please contact us IMMEDIATELY (no later than 48 hours) upon receiving your order.
As a small artisan label, Aimee Fairman will happily repair/replace faulty products, but will not refund or exchange for change of mind, or incorrect size measurements provided by the buyer, or damage/breakage caused to the item(s) by the buyer. No exchange or refund on sale items, unless proven faulty. Items are checked and recorded before they are dispatched. Email [email protected] to check if eligible for exchange.
If the piece is to be returned, it is the buyers responsibly to ensure item is returned safely. All items must be returned at your expense and posted to us via trackable service within 2 days after approval. Shipping fees may apply for the second delivery. Aimee Fairman is not responsible for any loss or damage during return
shipping.
RETURN / EXCHANGE CONDITIONS
Aimee Fairman reviews each case individually. Only pieces with a proven production flaw may be exchanged. To obtain an Exchange your query must meet the following return conditions:
1. Item(s) must be proven faulty. Fault must be reported within 48 hours of receiving goods at your shipping address. Items must be returned within 2 days of receiving return approval.
2. Item(s) must be unworn and undamaged, in their original saleable condition with all packaging/and or tags in tact.
3. Proof of purchase must be provided.
